I like the length. I'd leave it. I think it's a good proportion - the length of the top helps, too. It just works. Really cute, too. Almost too bad you can't see the lining.
Pfft - no, it's adorable! Particularly with the boots, I think you have just the right proportions going on. Any longer, and it's just a showcase for your knees (not that you don't have cute knees!). Another winner. :)
I think it looks great! The length is great the way you are wearing it, not too young at all - might be different on you with heels but with flats or your boots it looks good. You have great legs too so why not show them? :-)
Hi Dawn, great skirt and the length looks good on you. I'm also admiring your long sleeved knit top with loose polo neck - did you sew this as well? We are heading into winter dOWN uNDER and I've been looking for a similar pattern - hoping it might be a BWOF, Jalie or KWIK-SEW as these are available here. No urgency though as it is still unseasonally hot today!
The skirt is absolutely Cuteeeeee! U look beautiful. I still havent receive my April BWOF. Cant wait for it too :)
ReplyDeleteOk, so I commented on the wrong post. I still think it looks great!

ReplyDeleteI think it looks great! Not too short, and definitely not "mutton dressed as lamb".
ReplyDeleteAnd, great guns girlfriend! Going for the Shelly O look, eh? :)
Very cute! And the boots are the perfect companion, kudos. :):):)
ReplyDeleteI think your skirt looks great, nice fabric. I wonder why you didn't like the pleats from the pattern? Your biceps are sooo impressive by the way

ReplyDeleteAwesome. Luv it with the boots!
ReplyDeleteCute skirt and the length is perfect. Also great arms! Aren't you glad it's spring?
ReplyDeleteIt looks great! I would totally wear it to church, so why not to teach? :-) You could always wear dark tights with it for a little more leg coverage.
ReplyDeleteI think the length is perfect...looks great with boots or shoes! Nice job!
ReplyDeleteYour skirt is great! And I don't think it's too short. You are not trying too hard.
ReplyDeleteI like the skirt - especially with the boots!
ReplyDeleteNice pipes!
ReplyDeleteThe skirt looks great at that length - I think you look appropriate and adorable!
Take View 1, add black tights and sexy black pumps and you could be an assistant editor at a fashion magazine. Or a publishing babe.
ReplyDeleteWhoa! Which way to gun show??? Yowza, you made my skirt look like a potato sack! Nice job!!
ReplyDeleteThat skirt is a great length on you - very flattering!
ReplyDeleteI agree, the skirt length looks great :)
