This is nice too.

I was inspired a while ago by Amanda's simple top. Maybe this one would be better for the patterned silk?

I will get you a photo of the fabric on me. I particularly like Amanda's version because I think I could wear it with a black turtleneck in winter for a bright pop of color. I agree with you guys who said the flounce-y thing would get lost with the bright, busy print. I think the same thing would happen.

This is 11-2008-something.

The drawing for this top does nothing for me. Seeing it actually made up is better. Either the tie top or this would be good in my opinion.

This is so cute! I love the simplicity of it, and how the bottom mimics a peplum. I need to get my paws on this issue.

This one would work great with your circle fabric. I loved Amanda's version, too.

Loving it. Perfect for that fabric.

I remember seeing Amanda's version, I agree it would fit very well with your fabric. Can't wait to see your version!

I think that's a great pattern to use for your fabric! You will totally rock it.

I like this one so much better than the other two. I think it would be perfect for your fabric. Not crazy about the turtle neck idea, but I don't live in Alaska either! Can't wait to see it!

this would definitely work. I'd definitely keep the design simple to show off the fabric.

I'm sure this top looks very nice your svelte body.

Yep, I also think this style would be perfect for your fabric - but I would still love to see it against you for an idea of scale.

Oh yeah, do this one in the patterned silk. But definitely make the tie top on your previous post because that one is awesome. Then get out your long underwear because you shall freeze in just silk in January.

And I read the article link you sent me. Whoa.
