Which brings me to Etsy. Etsy allows people to sell handmade things or supplies. Last year when I found inexpensive roll ends from Patagonia, I went a little buck wild. I ordered five bolts and boy do I still have a lot of it. I just posted some of the fabric on Etsy. I just want to re-coup my expenses so I put it on Etsy for cheap. It's great fabric but I need the space and I have so much left. I'm putting it on in two or three yard sections. You've seen the fabric before. I've made several great jackets from it. I have five different colorways of it. Yes, I know, I'm insane. Anyway, if you want some high-quality fleece, there you go. And I'm not trying to work my way into the fabric-selling arena. Enjoy your 350e! Great choice and you do need to keep the embroidery separate from the sewing. Having two machines does allow you to multitask. I've had mine for about 2 years now. It's been idle for the last 6 months. But DH keeps poking and prodding me for some t-shirts he wants embroidered.
You're lucky to be able to keep your 350e close to your SM. I've ran out of space in my sewing room.

Congratulations Dawn! I went to Spotlight (in Australia) yesterday to buy some cord for my kids, to make into tunic dresses and maybe pants (I have only just begun sewing), and wanted to imitate a pattern that requires an emb machine...the guy behind the counter said, "I could sell you an emb machine..."..uh..not yet.
But hubby is now dreaming of eventually buying me one, or talking me into getting one.
So keep us updated with your toys and I shall have something to look out for...
