Here are a few more pictures of the actual garment on the real model instead of on me or on the floor. I think I will try making this pattern for me out of ribbed sweater knit. I'm not sure how that will work but I'm going to try it. I'm sure I will have to reinforce the cuffs, neck, and hood.
Next time, on the kid version, I will use elastic in the hood. I decided not to thread anything in the hood because I did not want any strangling-hazard next to her neck. If I put elastic in it, I think it will work better anyway.
