Kwik Sew 3167 Sexy Undies/Camisole

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. (This is the "Damn, she's hot!" kind of Grrrrr, not the "I'm pissed off." kind of Grrrrrrr.)

I made these out of blue stretch velvet (velour?) and stretch black lace.

Next time I'll make the band for the camisole just a teeny bit wider. I have wide shoulders for my size.

This is how I did my SBA.

The back of the panties.

bow chica bow bow!!! (sang with twangy sexy music sound)

Those look hot. I am sure you husband will like these even BETTER than the BWOF jacket photo shoot!

Pretty!!! Beautiful color combo. :):):)

I've considered making my own undergarments but I haven't taken the plunge. I think the fabric in many rtw underwear is too thick and leaves vpl's (visible panty lines). I try to avoid that at all costs. And so I've thought that maybe by using different materials I can make my own and avoid the vpl problem. What fabrics (in addition to stretch lace) would be good?

Hugs,
Lory

Wow, you are motivated to make your own. I haven't gotten to that stage yet. They look great.

Beautiful! I guess I'm a little dumb, but would you sleep in stretch velvet? Or maybe that's the difference between Alaska and Florida, where we have to sleep in next to nothing because it's so hot?
Anyhow, great job. Now you've inspired me to sew something sexy!

"Wheee Wheee" - Or however you spell that part from Steve Miller Band's The Joker. Never thought of using the velour and it looks so hot!

While showing my hubby The Fish he sees the undies. "Why don't you sew like that?", he says. I need to get that pattern.
